安装及操作说明 Wilo-Atmos GIGA-I/-B

危险
零件掉落导致生命危险!

水泵本身以及水泵的零件可能具有很大的自重。零件掉落会造成割伤、挤伤、
挫伤或者可能发生致人死亡的撞击。

• 始终使用适当的提升设备,并固定住零件防止其掉落。

• 严禁在悬吊的吊重下逗留。

• 存放和运输时,以及开始所有安装和装配工作之前,确保水泵位置稳定或者

固定良好。

高温表面!

整个水泵的温度可能极高。有烫伤危险!

• 执行任何工作前都应先使水泵冷却!

如果流体温度和系统压力高,应先将水泵冷却并使系统进入无压状态。

小心
过热会损坏水泵!

不允许在没有流量的情况下运行水泵超过 1 分钟。能量堆积会产生热量,可能
损坏轴、叶轮和机械密封。

准备安装

检查水泵是否与交货通知上的说明一致;如果零件有损坏或者缺失,必须立即通知
Wilo 公司。检查木质板条箱/纸板箱/包装纸中是否有与水泵可能包装在一起的备件
或者附件。

警告
因不当操作会造成人身和物品损伤危险!

• 只有完成所有焊接和钎焊工作以及可能需要执行的管道系统冲洗之后,才能

安装水泵。

⇒ 污物可能使水泵工作不正常。

安放位置

ƒ

将水泵安装在不受气候影响、无雾、无尘、通风良好、隔振、没有爆炸危险的
环境内。切勿露天放置水泵!注意遵守“规定用途”章节的说明!

ƒ

将水泵安装在容易够到的位置。方便日后检查、保养(比如更换机械密封等)
或者更换。
注意墙壁和电机风扇罩之间的轴向最小间距:自由拆卸尺寸为最小 200 mm +
风扇罩直径。

ƒ

在水泵安放地点上方,安装一台用于放置升降装置的装置。水泵总重:见目录
或数据表。

地基

小心
地基不当或整泵安放错误!

地基不当或整泵未正确安放在地基上可能导致水泵损坏。

• 这类损坏不在保修范围内。

• 绝对不可将整泵放在未固定或不承重的平面上。
