The flat cable is not suitable for retraction.
The flat cable is protected against polarity reversal using
coding. One edge of the flat cable is wedge-shaped. The cable
locator in all
podis
components (flat cable outlets, motor
starter) is shaped accordingly. You must insert the flat cable so
that the wedge-shaped side lies opposite the hinge of the
opened cable locator.
2.2 Cable
clips
The cable clips are attached to fixed sub-floors with a screwed
connection. The flat cable is suspended in the mounted cable
clips (see sketch below, variant A).
If you wish to prevent the flat cable from being removed, you
should install two cable clips right next to each other so that
they are attached to opposite sides of the flat cable (see sketch,
variant B).
