Attention:
If the maximum capacity in the 1l beaker is exceeded
(950 ml), the gold electrolyte quantity display will flash
and it is not possible to increase the power level any
further. The last channel set can be reset to power level
zero. Then remove the excess parts.
If you wish to obtain an electroforming thickness of
less than 0.2 or 0.3 mm, the next smallest power level
can be selected for the respective part.
The parts will then be approx. 25 % thinner.
However, if a ceramic veneer is to be applied to the
coping, a minimum electroforming thickness of
0.15 mm is required.
Mounting the electroforming head:
Now push the assembled electroforming head onto the
mount and position the parts vertically. The lower edge
of the plaster die must not be lower than the anode!
Make sure that the parts neither come into contact
with the anode, nor with each other. Finally, check once
more that all parts are arranged correctly in a clock-
wise direction.
Push the electroforming head onto the beaker and
insert the copper rods into the appropriate contacts
(pay attention to the numbering).
Finally, check once more that the parts are still arran-
ged correctly (in a clockwise fashion) and re-arrange if
necessary.
Press the Start/Stop button to activate the process.
The 3-digit indicator now displays the total operating
time. The unit now automatically checks whether the
contact is in order. To do this, each occupied channel is
