4.4.1.
How to adjust the heating element temperature
Display = showing actual value
Shortly press button P (1), on the display is shown up
<SP>, change desired value with buttons

Shortly press button P (1), actual temperature reappears
(or after 30s an automatic changing takes place). The
control lamp K2 (4) is shining while the desired value is
running up, having reached the desired temperature the
control lamp K2 (4) is blinking.
Material
Temperature for infrared welding:
PP
The value for heating element temperature is 480 °C.
PVDF
The value for heating element temperature is 520 °C.
PFA
The value for heating element temperature is 510 °C
Material Temperature
for contact welding:
PE 80
The value for heating element temperature is between 200° C - 220 °C. *
PE 100
The standard value for heating element temperature is 220 °C.
PP
The standard value for heating element temperature is 210° C +/- 10 °C.

PVDF
The standard value for heating element temperature is 240° C +/- 8 °C. *

4.5. Clamping
tools
Put the pipe into the open clamping tool, shut the clamping tool, swivel the clamping nut into
the upper clamping ring and fix the pipe by the clamping nut.
