8. Operation 

 

Before you start running the furnace, please make sure, that all safety devices are working properly. 
Identified defects have to be reported to the superior. 
 
 

 

9. Emergency measures 

 

In case of an emergency it is intended to pull the power plug. Therefore the power plug has to be 
mounted, so that it is freely accessible at all times.  
 
In case of an extraordinary development of fumes the furnace has to be switched off immediately 
and the natural cooling has to be waited for. 
 
Working on the electrical system is to be carried out by qualified personnel only. Before starting to 
work the power plug has to be pulled. 
 

 
 

10. Environmental regulations 

 

At the time  of the  initial  operation  this furnace does not  contain  materials,  that  are  classified  as 
hazardous waste. However during the operation, such materials can accumulate in the insulation. 
Therefore it is necessary to dispose of replaced insulating materials as hazardous waste. 
 
 
 

11. Installation and inital operation 

 

After having compared the delivery note with the order, please check the goods for completeness 
and possible defects. Should you discover transport damages, please inform the freight forwarder 
and

 immediately. Later claims cannot be accepted. 

 
During transport of the furnace the wearing of safety shoes is mandatory.  

 

Jack lift transport 

 

Our furnaces are deliverd on a wooden transport rack. The furnace should only be transported in 
it´s package and with a jack lift, to avoid any damage. Please remove the package at the installation 
location only. Storage in damp rooms or outdoors has to be avoided. 
 
To avoid transport damage, the furnaces are packaged elaborately. All packing materials have to be 
removed carefully and to be stored for a potential later transport. Remove the box containing the 
accessories.  For  protection  againgst  transport  damages  the  furnace  is  equipped  with  a 
transportation  safety  foam  mat,  which  has  to  be  removed  before  the  intial  operation.  For  that
