6.2 Requirements
The safety instructions have to be observed, elsewise claims of any kind towards Whitepeaks Dental
Solutions are inapplicable.
It has to be guaranteed that:
•
the vacuum pump is turned on, so that all dangerous emissions are lead out of the work area
and that the working space is well ventilated.
•
the safety devices are tested regularly for their operational reliability and that personal
protective gear is used by the operating- or maintainance staff.
•
the operating staff can see this manual at any time.
•
the operating staff is instructed regularly in questions of occupational health and safety and
of environmental protection.
•
all operating- and safety indication signs on the furnace are in a clearly legible condition.
•
possible further dangers are determined and summarised in a risk assessment according to
§ 5 of the German Occupational Safety and Health Act.
•
the furnace is only operated, maintained or repaired by instructed and authorised personnel.
Note
In Germany the general accident prevention regulations VBG, resp. BGZ have to be considered.
The national accident prevention regulations of the respective country apply.
7. Operating staff
Persons, who are assigend to mount, maintain or operate the furnace must have read and
understood this manual and have to be instructed regularly in all questions of environmental
protection and of occupational health and safety. For damages, that result from non-observance of
the manual and the instructions comprised therein
