Warranty and liability are excluded for damage to person and property, when the damage results
from one or multiple of the following causes:

Use of the device not according to regulations

Initial operation of the furnace with non operating safety- and protective devices
•
Initial operation despite of incorrect assembly, maintainance and operation of the furnace
•
Misuse of the furnace
•
Any liability is excluded for all interruptions and damages resulting from non-observance of
the manual.

Further no liability can be accepted in case of modification of the furnace or in case of
changes of the operating parameters.

In order to maintain the warranty only original parts from
Whitepeaks Dental Solutions
may
be used, else the warranty expires and any liability is excluded.
•
The same applies to acts of God and to exposure to foreign objects.
