To fill the vacuum pump, please open the big blue screw cap, on top of which also the exhaust cap
is located, and fill the oil into the opening (see image below).
Connect the electric cord of the vaccum pump to the correspondingly labeled socket on the back
side of the
Calidia Sintec 770
(see image on page 15).
After filling the vacuum pump, please close the blue screw cap again.
Before the
Calidia Sintec 770
can be operated, the exhaust cap, which is located on the blue screw
cap, has to be removed (see image above). During operation of the furnace this cap must not be
closed. Please check before each sintering process, that the exhaust cap is removed.
Before the
Calidia Sintec 770
can be operated, also the toggle switch of the vacuum pump has to
be switched into position „I“. During operation it has to be made sure, that the toggle switch is
always kept in position „I“ (see image below).
