Motor Phase Loss
The ACU detected an open circuit in one of the motor phases or in the harness
connection to the motor. The motor cannot turn; the wash cycle will continue
without motor movement or with reduced motor movement. This error code is
hidden from the consumer.
Possible Causes
• Check the motor harness.
• Check the motor.
• Check the ACU (see TEST #1: ACU Power Check, page 3-4).

Door Lock Cannot Unlock, Door Lock Blockage
(In Service Test Cycle: Door Lock Cannot Lock)
Possible Causes
• Check for a mechanical problem in the door lock system (also check the door
itself, hinge, bellow, and door latch).
• Check the wiring/harness between the ACU and the door lock.
• Check if the bellow is properly mounted (door lock will get wet if bellow is
improperly mounted).
• Press firmly on door frame in the area of the door lock, and try to lock/
unlock the door.
• Start the Service Test Cycle. If the door lock problem persists,

be displayed.
NOTE: If the ACU is unable to unlock the door, use the manual unlocking
procedure (see page 2-2). In some cases (power supply interruption or failure
of certain electrical components), the door will remain locked as a safety
precaution; use the manual unlocking procedure.
Only during Service
Test Cycle:

Maximum Spin Speed Not Reached
If, during the spin step “C04” of the Service Test Cycle, the attained spin speed is
not at least 90% of the maximum spin speed, this error code will be displayed.
This error code will not display during the wash cycle.
Possible Causes
• Too many items in load.
• Check the items listed in
F06 error code section (Blocked Drum/Motor
Overload).
F36
Water Level Sensing Not Functioning
Pressure sensor failure detected (no signal, signal out of range, or zero offset is
too high).
Possible Causes
• Check wiring harness to the pressure sensor and ACU.
• Check the pressure hose.
• Check for blocked pump filter (check all items listed in
F03
error code section
[Long Drain]).
• Check the air trap and hose connection to pressure sensor.
• Run the Service Test Cycle. If the error code persists,
F36
will be displayed.
F60
ACU Failure/Microprocessor Failure
An internal failure of the microprocessor has been detected.
Possible Causes
• Check the ACU by running the Service Test Cycle.
• If failure occurs, replace the ACU.
