Using
1.
In operation mode press the power button (3) once. The system
switches into set-up mode.

Press the power button again. The “VOX” icon (I) blinks.

Press up (9) or down (7) to enable or disable the VOX mode. The
VOX status is indicated by the word “On” or “Of”.
Using the Headset
1.
Set the device to VOX transmission mode.
2.
Lift the headset / charger jack cover (8) that is located at the right side
of the unit.

Insert the headset plug into the headset / charger input. Wear the
earphone and attach the microphone with the mounting clip to your
clothes.
If VOX mode has been enabled, you can directly speak into the micro-
phone. Your voice will be transmitted. If VOX mode has been disabled,
you have to press the transmit button each time you want to transmit a
message. Rapidly press the transmit button twice to transmit a call alert
tone on the selected channel.
