Solenoid Valve Operation Mode

– Cascade Mode. When this mode is active the solenoid valve energizes
when the water heater is over 90% of the capacity, and will deactivate when
water heater is less than 50% of the capacity.

application. The pump will operate once every 24 hours if there was not a call
for heat (firing and running pumps) to sanitize recirculation water.

I. USING INTERNAL / EXTERNAL PUMP OPERATION
The following section details the use of the Internal / External Pump Operation functions. Internal / External Pump Operation is used to
purge air from the water heater system.
1. Installer Mode will activate when button B
is pressed and held for five seconds while the water heater display is powered Off.
2. Turn the dial to O:Pu. Press the Dial button
. “oFF” will flash when the O:Pu setting is ready to be changed.
3. Turn the dial to select “InPu” to use the internal pump, or “EtPu” to use the external pump. Press the dial button
to select the
setting and return to the Installer Mode.
