3) Air Spray Gun
Cleaning and Maintenance
Before cleaning or maintaining, first disconnect the air spray gun from the air
supply.
Thoroughly rinse the spray gun with thinner or cleaning agents. By spraying a
small amount of detergent, riser pipe, nozzle and spraying tube can be
cleaned from inside.
Add a few drops of oil to the sealing of the trigger pin in regular intervals. Apart
from that the air spray gun is maintenance free.
Intended Use
The compressed air blow-out gun of this set is intended for cleaning and
blowing out material from objects and difficult to access places.
The intended use also includes an operation following the operating
instructions.
Any use beyond these parameters (different media, applying force) or any
changes (reconstruction, no original accessory) can lead to serious risks and
is regarded as use that is contrary to the intended purpose. The operator is
liable for any damage caused by improper use.
Before first Use
Unpack the air blow-out gun and the accessory and check all parts for any
damage in transit. Dispose of packaging materials or store them out of reach of
children. Plastic bags etc. may become a deadly toy for children.
Operation
The blow-out gun is equipped with a quick coupling connector (4c). Use the
quick coupling connector to connect the blow-out gun with the compressed air
supply.
Activate the compressed air generator.
Press the trigger (4b) to start the delivery of the air. The farther the trigger is
pressed, the stronger the air jet will be.
Release the trigger to stop the delivery of air.
After work disconnect the tool from the compressed air generator.
