5) Break time
Only with Hard Joint.

You can select a time between OFF (0 second - function
excluded) and 10.0 seconds indicating how long the selec-
ted speed (higher speed) will be on before switching to
„pre-torque speed“ (lower speed). This pre-torque speed
will be automatically chosen by the unit depending on the
preset torque. The user cannot adjust the „pre-torque
speed“. The higher torque, the more the final speed. If the
time is OFF, the system starts at second speed.

Use:
- Press

OK

on Break Time

- Select through

UP/DOWN

buttons.

- Press

OK

to confirm or

ESC

to quit without saving

6) Ramp (Soft start)
Not with hard joint

It is possible to have soft acceleration of the screwdriver. It
is set as a percentage: from 0 % (MIN) to 100 % (MAX).
The acceleration time depends on the final speed set
Use:
- Press

OK

on Ramp

- Select through

UP/DOWN

buttons.

- Press

OK

to confirm or

ESC

to quit without saving

7) Speed
Only with Soft Joint

The maximum speed depends on the selected screwdriver
limitations. In Hard Joint speed is automatically set
depending on torque level.

Use:
- Press

OK

on Speed

- Select through

UP/DOWN

buttons.

- Press

OK

to confirm or

ESC

to quit without saving

8) Reverse

After correct fix of screw it is possible to unscrew (reverse)
automatically.
If the screw is set incorrect the Reverse can’t start. The
reverse time range from 0 second (OFF) to 10.0 seconds.
If the user releases lever before the end of reverse, the
setting is incorrect and the red light is turned ON.
Use:
- Press

OK

on Reverse

- Select through

UP/DOWN

buttons.

- Press

3) Torque Range:
Not with hard joint and clutch model

There are two ranges of torque: LOW and HIGH.

LOW:

the range is approx from 0% to 30% of the datasheet

screwdriver torque range.

HIGH:

the range is approx from 20% to 100% of the

screwdriver torque range.
Use:
- Press

OK

on Torque Range

- Select through

4) Joint:
(Not available with clutch model.)

It is possible to set the type of joint: SOFT or HARD. With
Soft Joint all functions except Break Time are available.
With Hard Joint it is possible to have two steps of speed:
the screwdriver starts at maximum speed, over the break
time (if it is not OFF) the system decreases automatically
the speed. The second speed depends on the torque
selected. The higher torque, the the lower is the speed to
avoid jerk and dynamic torque. In Hard Joint it is not
possible to have the ramp to set the torque range.

Use:
- Press

OK

on Joint

- Select through

UP/DOWN

buttons.
