3.5.
REGLAGE DE LA BAGUE (repère 7)
La bague de réglage (7) a été préalablement réglée en
position haute pour permettre de contrôler la pression de
début d'ouverture sur un banc d'essai de faible capacité.
Pour un fonctionnement sur site, il y a lieu de procéder
au réglage final de la bague.
Pour ce faire, dévisser la vis (22), remonter la bague (7)
jusqu'au contact de l’ensemble porte-clapet / clapet (11-
17).
En utilisant la table 4 ci-dessous, on descend ensuite la
bague d'un nombre de dents équivalent à celui de la
buse correspondante. La verrouiller au moyen de la vis
(22).
On peut ensuite plomber la soupape avant sa mise en
service.

3.5. ADJUSTING RING SETTING (7)
The adjusting ring (7) is preset in the up position, to
enable the set pressure to be checked using a small
capacity test set.
For in-situ operation, the ring must be finally adjusted by
unscrewing the screw (22) and raising the ring until it is
in contact with the assembly disc-holder / disc (11 and
17).
Using the table 4 here-below, the ring is then lowered a
number of notches, as shown for the nozzle concerned.
Lock using the screw (22).
The safety relief valve can then be lead sealed before
going into use.

- Pour pression de début d’ouverture supérieure à 5 bar, descendre la bague au maximum si existante.
- Pour pression de début d’ouverture inférieure à 5 bar, descendre la bague de 5 dents.
Note : Pour les soupapes UV Stamp liquide avec une pression de début d’ouverture supérieure à 5 bar, il n’y a pas de
bague.
- For set pressure higher than 5 bar, the ring down to maximum if exist.
- For set pressure lower than 5 bar, get the ring down to 5 notches.
N.B.: For UV Stamp liquid safety relief valves with set pressure higher than 5 bar, there is no ring.
