Tools
•
Frontplatte mit dem Drehriegel öffnen. (Alle
Pneumatikventile sind drucklos.)
•
Falls die Hülse beim Umbau entfernt wurde,
muss eine neue Hülse mit dem Handschieber
geladen werden.
•
Nach dem Schließen der Frontplatte fährt die
Maschine in die Grundstellung.
•
Open the front panel by the knob. (All the
valves are depressurized.)
•
If the ferrule was taken out while changing, a
new one had to load by the manual slide.
•
After closing the front panel the machine drives
into the starting position.

Vereinzelungsblock
•
Die Schraube in der Mitte des Schwingförder-
oberteils lösen und das Schwingförderoberteil
abheben.
•
Die Werkzeugeinheit auf dem Werkzeugschlitten
nach hinten drücken und abschwenken.
•
Mit dem Handschieber das Zuführrohr entleeren.
•
Schraube am Vereinzelungsblock lösen.
•
Zuführrohr nach oben herausziehen.
•
Vereinzelungsblock nach vorne abziehen.
•
Einbau in umgekehrter Reihenfolge.

Singling unit
•
Release the screw in the middle of the feeding
bowl, and lift off the feeding bowl.
•
Push the tool unit on the tool slide to the back
and turn it downwards.
•
Empty the feeding tube by the manual slide.
•
Open the screw at the singling unit.
•
Pull out the feeding tube upwards.
•
Take off the singling unit to the front.
•
Fitting in reverse order.
