In order for correct use and maintenance of the Gen-set, please carefully read
instructions for use and maintenance, and operate in strict accordance with relevant
provisions. If the diesel engine breaks down, please contact with Weichai repair
service center or customer service center as soon as possible. We will provide timely
and effective repair service for you.

II. Service Commitment
The repair service center of our company guarantees to arrive at the site within 3h in
the city, 24h in general areas and 48h in remote areas in the service area upon
receiving user information and confirming that service is needed (except
for force
majeure).
III. Principle and Provision of Quality Warranty (“Three
Guarantees”)
On the premise that users observe “operating instructions for Gen-set”, our company
will be responsible for repairing or replacing the damaged parts for free if the Gen-set
is damaged due to poor manufacturing and record is available within 12 months after
leaving the factory or 1500h after being put into operation accumulatively. Our
company will not compensate for machine faults caused by improper use. But we can
provide users with paid technical service and parts to help them promptly solve the
problems.
