1.3 压缩压力不足
Insufficient Compression Pressure
压缩压力不足，表现为气缸密封不严，漏气现象严重，人力转动曲轴时感觉压缩无力，并有
“吱、吱”漏气声。压缩比太学太小时也使压缩压力下降。
The symptoms of insufficient compression pressure are air leakage of cylinder due to improper sealing,
and perceptible weak compression with fizzing sound of air leakage when cranking manually. Too low
compression ratio can also result in decreased compression pressure.

Remedy
（1）气门漏气
气门严重磨损，锥面密封不严
气门间隙太小
Air Valve Leakage
Severe wear of air valve and/or improper sealing of
conical surface.
Excessively small valve clearance.
（1）研修密封面或更换气门
检查并调整气门间隙拆检清洗
Grind sealing surface or replace air valve.
Check and adjust valve clearance.
（2）气缸盖、垫片漏气
气缸盖螺母扭紧力矩不足
气缸盖垫片损坏
气缸盖变形
Cylinder head and/or gasket leakage.
Inadequate tightening torque of cylinder head nuts.
Cylinder head gasket damaged.
Cylinder head deformed.
（2）按规定要求重新拧紧气缸盖螺母
更换气缸盖垫片
更换气缸盖
Re-tighten cylinder head nuts to specifications.
Replace cylinder head gasket.
Replace cylinder head.
（3）活塞与气缸套间漏气
活塞环磨损严重
活塞与气缸套间隙过大
活塞环卡住或各切口位置重合
Air leakage between piston and cylinder sleeve.
Severe scuffing of piston ring.
Excessive clearance between piston and cylinder
sleeve.
Piston ring sticking or notch coincidence.
（3）更换活塞环
视磨损情况更换活塞或气缸套
清洗活塞环，将各切口错开正确角度
Replace piston ring.
Replace piston or cylinder sleeve depending upon
scuffing conditions.
Clean piston ring, and make notches stagger
properly.
（4）气门弹簧折断
Valve spring broken.
（1）更换气门弹簧
Replace valve spring.
