10．柴油机振动加剧
Severe Engine Vibration
当柴油机压力低于规定压力范围时，首先通过调整机器一、二缸观察窗之间的限压阀，若仍不
能恢复，则需要按下列各方面内容检查原因。
Vibration is due to unbalance of structure or operation. Severe vibration is often accompanied with
abnormal sound and can be felt if you put your hand on engine block.

1）燃料供给与燃烧系统故障
（1）各缸喷油量不均匀，喷油提前角不一致
（2）各缸喷油压力不一致

Different fuel injection pressure of various
cylinders.
1）
（1）检查并调整各缸喷油量及供油提前角
（2）检查并调整喷油器
Check and adjust fuel injection amount and fuel
supply advance angle.
Check and adjust fuel injector.
2）零部件加工精度或装备不合格
（1）曲轴弯曲变形
（2）曲轴不平衡
（3）飞轮不平衡
（4）活塞连杆组重量不一致
（5）轴承间隙过大
Poor machining accuracy of parts or unqualified
equipment.
Bent or deformed crankshaft.
Crankshaft unbalance.
Flywheel unbalance.
Different weight of piston linkage.
Excessive bearing clearance.
2）
（1）修理或更换曲轴
（2）检查并调整曲轴动平衡
（3）检查并调整飞轮平衡
（4）检查并调整活塞连杆组重量
（5）检查并更换轴瓦
Repair or replace crankshaft.
Check and adjust crankshaft dynamic balance.
Check and adjust flywheel balance.
Check and adjust piston linkage weight.
Check and replace bearing bush.
3）柴油机安装位置不正确
（1）柴油机曲轴中心与被驱动机械不同心
（2）柴油机安装基础底架不牢固，固定螺栓松
动
Incorrect installation position of diesel engine.
Misalignment of diesel crank shaft and driven
device.
Installation framework of diesel engine is not strong
enough and set bolts are loose.
3）
（1）检查并重新调整
（2）加固基础底架，旋紧固定螺栓
Check and readjust.
Reinforce framework, and tighten set bolts.
