2．柴油机功率不足

nsufficient Engine Power
2.1 配气机构及进排气系统故障
Air Distribution Device and Inlet and Outlet Systems Failure
配气机构及进排气系统故障：表现为充气效率低，进入气缸内的新鲜空气不足，而缸内废气
排不干净，排气出现冒黑烟现象等。
Symptoms of air distribution device and inlet and outlet systems failure are low air-charging efficiency,
insufficient fresh air inlet into cylinder, failure to fully exhaust waste gas, and/or exhausting black smoke.

Remedy
（1）配气定时不正确
Air distribution timing incorrect.
（1）检查并重新调整配气定时
Check and readjust air distribution timing.
（2）气门间隙不正确
Valve clearance incorrect.
（2）检查并调整至规定间隙
Check and adjust to specifications.
（3）气门弹簧损坏
Valve spring broken.
（3）更换气门弹簧
Replace valve spring.
（4）空气滤清器堵塞
Air filter clogged.
（4）清洗空气滤清器
Clean air filter.
（5）进气管太脏，进气阻力大
Air inlet pipe restriction.
（5）清洗进气管
Clean air inlet pipe.
（6）排气管积碳严重
Excessive carbon deposit in exhaust pipe.
（6）清除积碳
Remove carbon deposit.
2.2 燃料供给系统故障 [ 详见本章 1.2 小节 ]

2.3 压缩压力不足 [ 详见本章 1.3 小节 ]

2.5 中冷器故障：通常是空气通路脏污、堵塞、空气冷却效果不足。排除方法：清洗
中冷器并检查水泵。
Intercooler Failure: Symptom is such as insufficient air cooling effect, possible causes are air
passage dirt and/or restrictions. Remedy: clean intercooler and check water pump
