37. Apply anti-condensation tape (15) to exposed metal fittings on the low-pressure circuit inside of the vehicle.
38. Secure wiring and hoses using cable ties (18,24).
39. Using the black self-tapping screws (47) attach the air duct (29) to the Vancouver unit.
40. Recharge the vehicle per the manufacturer’s procedures using the chart below.
41. Check the A/C system for leaks.
42. Attach the refrigerant label (8) to the vehicles radiator support.
43. Reinstall all interior panels and components that were removed unless otherwise instructed in this manual.
NOTE:This step is optional.
44. Install the appearance cover (54) using
self-tapping screws (17).
