Fuel Line Connections and Routing
Install fuel sender assembly according to the vehicle
manufacturers servicing instructions.
Connect fuel line to standpipe with fuel line coupler and
two clamps. Refer to Figure 49 or 50.
Secure fuel line to existing vehicle fuel lines and install
fuel tank.
(1) Fuel standpipe
(2) Fuel line clamp (2 ea.)
(3) Fuel line coupler
(4) Mecanyl fuel line
Route Mecanyl fuel line along existing vehicle fuel lines
towards crossmember. See Figure 51. Secure fuel line
with nylon cable ties.
CAUTION
Secure fuel line away from moving vehicle components
and hot exhaust.
Route Mecanyl fuel line to the right side of the vehicle
above the vehicle crossmember shown in Figure 52.
Secure fuel line with cable ties.
