4.16.1 Adjust the Position of the Wire-holder
Tools:
• Allen key: 3mm
• Spanner: 7mm
3 Make sure the wire-holder is in the
correct position. See FIGURE 4:38.
Push the wire-holder toward the sup-
porter.
4 Inspect from above the position of
the piece of stitch-wire. See FIGURE 4:39.
The piece of stitch-wire must align
with the grooves in the bender bar.
• If the piece of stitch-wire aligns
with the grooves in the bender
bar, then adjustment is not nec-
essary. Go to the next step.
• If the piece of stitch-wire does not
align with the grooves in the
bender bar, then adjust the posi-
tion of the wire-holder.

5 Remove the wire-holder from the
stitch head. Discard the piece of stitch-wire.
6 Fit the wire-holder.
