G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions
7 Turn the feed lever bushing until
level with the face of the feed
lever.
8 Turn the feed lever bushing 5 com-
plete turns to the right
.
The pitch of the thread is 1mm.
5 turns to the right
gives a setting
of 5mm from the face of the feed
lever.
9 Fit the 801-650 ‘DO NOT ADJUST’
label over the feed lever bushing. See FIGURE 4:7.
10 Lubricate the bearing surface of
the wire feed cam. See FIGURE 4:8.
11 Apply grease to where the wire
feed cam touches the feed lever. See FIGURE 4:9.
