3 - Fit the New Parts - Replace the Crank Link Screw - [3000K/8000K Only]

G8 Stitch Head Maintenance Kit Instructions

Remove and discard the old crank 
link screw (a). 

Keep the lock nut (b).

Fit the lock nut to the new crank 
link screw. 

5

Fit the new crank link screw to the 
driving slide assembly and adjust 
the depth of the crank link screw.

• Tighten the crank link screw 

completely.

• Loosen the crank link screw by 

one quarter of a turn.

Lock the crank link screw in posi-
tion with the lock nut.

7

Remove the G-clamp from the 
driving slide assembly.
