Devices until you find one with the same matching IP address as the
one you made a note of on the 'DHCP Table' page. (
Please
Note:
The MAC address may not match)
13. Under 'Device Information', in the 'Home network name' field, type a
common name for your camera. eg. 'watchbot'
14. In Port Forwarding at the bottom of the page, in the drop-down
menu, select 'watchbot_tcp' and click 'ADD', then repeat for
'watchbot_udp' (
Note:

Once you have been through the above steps, visit the web address listed
under DDNS Hostname on the sticker on the base of your camera (eg.
http://wbot0XXXX.watch-bot.net) and sign in to your WatchBot Interface.
(Use admin/blank password field).
Your WatchBot camera is now working online and can be accessed over
the internet. Test this by visiting the address above on another computer or
mobile device. If unable to reach the camera whilst using your home
network, try from another external network.
Using a NetGear Router
Firstly, with your camera plugged in, press the Reset button on the camera
base. It will be marked 'Reset' (you will need to perform this with a biro nib)
then wait until your camera has gone through it's boot cycle (it will stop
moving). Next see section 1.3 in the User Guide to set up your camera on
your local network. (Make a note of the local IP address asigned to the
camera - it will begin '192.168') Login to your camera interface using
'admin' as the username and leave the password field blank. Sign in, and
go to 'Administration' ('Device Settings' on Firefox etc.) and then to 'Basic
Network Settings'. Check the box which says 'Obtain IP from DHCP server'
and change the HTTP Port to 81 and click Submit. The camera will reboot
once again. (
Note:
If you have purchased additional cameras, each
camera will need to have it's own unique port number assigned, eg. 81, 82,
83 etc.).
1. Login to your NetGear router page. Contact your network service
provider or consult your router manual if in doubt. (Typical address
is 192.168.0.1)
2. Go to 'Attached Devices' and make a note of your camera's Local IP
Address, and MAC Address.
