Nel caso di utilizzo di quadro

assicurarsi che
non sia presente nessun di-
spositivo che consenta l’in-
versione del senso di rota-
zione del WETMIX
®
.
5)Premere il pulsante din START
e controllare la quantità di ac-
qua tarandola, prima di iniziare
l’impasto della malta, sui 1000
litri/h, agendo sull’apposita val-
vola di regolazione.
Fatta questa operazione pre-
mere il pulsante di STOP.
6)Allacciare il vibratore all’appo-
sita presa e controllare il fun-
zionamento dello stesso pre-
mendo il pulsante di start.
Verificato questo premere im-
mediatamente il pulsante di
STOP (occorre evitare di fare
andare il vibratore quando la
valvola del silo è chiusa per-
chè il materiale tende a com-
pattarsi).
7)Aprire la valvola del silo e pre-
mere il pulsante di START.
Si vedrà uscire in un primo mo-
mento solo acqua e dopo circa
15 secondi l’impasto.
L’impasto sembrerà molto liquido.
Attendere altri 5 secondi circa per
vedere la reale consistenza della
malta a regime.
Se la malta risultasse troppo ba-
gnata o asciutta, agire sulla val-
vola di regolazione acqua.
N.B.: effettuare una piccola
regolazione e attendere cir-
ca 15 secondi per vedere la
reale consistenza dellimpa-
sto ( questo è dovuto al fatto
che quando si effettua la re-
golazione dell’acqua è co-
munque presente malta al-
l’interno con la precedente
quantità di acqua).
Procedere quindi a piccole
variazioni per trovare la con-
sistenza richiesta.
ATTENZIONE
Con la valvola di regolazione tut-
ta aperta la pressione non deve
mai scendere sotto gli 0,8 bar.

5)Die START-Taste drücken und
die Wassermenge prüfen, in-
dem man sie, bevor man mit der
Mörtelmischung beginnt, auf
1000 Liter/h eicht, und zwar mit
dem entsprechenden Stellven-
til.
Nach diesem Vorgang die
STOP-Taste drücken.
6)Den Rüttler an die entspre-
chende Steckdose anschlie-
ßen und den Betrieb dessel-
ben prüfen, indem man die
Start-Taste drückt.
Wenn man das geprüft hat,
sofort die STOP-Taste drücken
(es ist zu vermeiden, dem Rütt-
ler laufen zu lassen, wenn das
Ventil des Silos geschlossen
ist, weil das Material sonst
dazu neigt, zu verkleben).
7)Das Ventil des Silos öffnen
und die START-Taste drücken.
In einem ersten Moment sieht man
nur Wasser auslaufen und nach
circa 15 Sekunden folgt die Mi-
schung.
Die Mischung sieht sehr flüssig
aus. Weitere 5 Sekunden circa
abwarten, um die effektive Be-
schaffenheit des Mörtels zu be-
urteilen.
Sollte der Mörtel zu feucht oder
zu trocken ausfallen, ist das
Wasserregelventil entsprechend
einzustellen.
Anm.: Eine kleinere Einstel-
lung vornehmen und circa 15
Sekunden abwarten, um die
tatsächliche Beschaffenheit
der Mischung zu sehen
(dies beruht darauf, dass
danach, wenn man eine Ein-
stellung des Wassers vor-
genommen hat, das Wasser
auf jeden Fall noch mit der
vorherigen Einstellung in der
Mischung vorhanden ist).
Daher nur geringfügige Ein-
stellungen vornehmen, bis
man die gewünschte Be-
schaffenheit des Mörtels
findet.
ACHTUNG
Wenn das Einstellventil ganz ge-
öffnet ist, darf der Druck nie un-
ter 0,8 bar sinken.

5)Press the START pushbutton
and check the water quantity,
calibrating it at 1000 litres/hour
by means of the regulator valve
provided, before starting mix-
ing of the mortar.
Then press STOP.
6)Connect the vibrator to the
plug provided and check its
working by pressing the start
button.
Then immediately press the
STOP button (avoid operating
the vibrator when the silo valve
is closed as the material tends
to get compacted).
7) Open the silo valve and press
the START button.
Initially only water flows out,
and after about 15 seconds, the
mix starts flowing out.
The mix may seem to be very
liquid. Wait for another 5 sec-
onds to check the actual con-
sistency of the mortar at full
operating speed.
If the mortar is too wet or too
dry, adjust the water regulator
valve.
N.B.: make a minor adjust-
ment and wait for 15 sec-
onds to check the actual con-
sistency of the mixture (this
is because,, when the wa-
ter is adjusted, there is still
some mortar present inside
containing the previous
amount of water).
Then make minor variations
till you get the required con-
sistency.
ATTENTION
With the regulator valve com-
pletely open the pressure must
never fall below 0.8 bar.

Si se utiliza un cuadro que
no es WAM

verificar que no
posea ningún dispositivo
que permita la inversión del
sentido de rotación del WET-
MIX
®
.
5)Apretar el botón din START y
controlar la cantidad de agua,
calibrándola antes de preparar
la pasta del mortero, en 1000
litros/h, mediante la correspon-
diente válvula de regulación.
Terminada esta operación apre-
tar el botón de STOP.
6) Conectar el vibrador con la
respectiva toma y controlar el
funcionamiento del mismo apre-
tando el botón de inicio.
Una vez realizada esta prueba
apretar inmediatamente el bo-
tón de STOP (es necesario
evitar de hacer andar el vibra-
dor cuando la válvula del silo
está cerrada porque el mate-
rial tiende a compactarse).
7) Abrir la válvula del silo y apre-
tar el botón de START.
Se verá salir primero solo agua
y después de aprox. 15 segun-
dos la pasta.
La pasta se presentará muy lí-
quida.
Esperar otros 5 segundos aprox.
para ver la real consistencia del
mortero a régimen.
Si el mortero resulta demasiado
acuoso o seco, operar con la
válvula de regulación del agua.
NOTA: efectuar una pequeña
regulación y esperar aprox.
15 segundos para ver la real
consistencia de la pasta
(esto se debe a que cuando
se efectúa la regulación del
agua hay todavía mortero en
el interior con la cantidad de
agua previa)
Efectuar por lo tanto peque-
ñas variaciones para encon-
trar la consistencia requeri-
da
ATENCIÓN
Con la válvula de regulación toda
abierta la presión no debe jamás
descender a menos de 0,8 bar.
