Check the power cable - Panel - Motor
connection
Check the fuses; replace if damaged
2) Defect in motor or mains
2) Repair or replace the defective part
The mixer starts up but then stops

1) Invert the poles
2) Throughput too high
2) C h e c k t h r o u g h p u t a n d c o n s u l t
manufacturer
3) Motor burnt
3) Check amperage and status of thermal
cut-out
4) Gear reducer or reducer defect
4) Check and replace, if necessary
5) Outlet spout blocked
5) Dismantle outlet spout and clear after
d i sco nne cti ng p o we r sup p ly to the
electric panel
The mixer starts up without material (only
water flows out)
1) Reducer defective
1) Check for cause and replace part
2) Direction of rotation incorrect
2) Invert poles
3) Material flow from silo not sufficient
3) Operate the vibrator and/or check the
level of material in the silo
4) Silo valve closed
4) Open the silo valve
5) Mixer screw does not turn
5a)
5b)
Check the joint between the screw and
gear motor
Motor defective
The mixer only works if the "START"
button is kept pressed
No water
a) Check the water supply
b) Check the working of the solenoid valve
The water flows out but the mixer and
pump do not work
Phase missing in panel
a) Check the electric power supply
b) Check the panel main fuses
Plant not working and indicator light
(FAULT) is ON
Mixer or pump thermal protection

Reset tripped thermal cut-out inside
panel (press the reset button on E/1/2
and E/1/4)
The vibrator does not work (neither
continuously nor timed)
Thermal protection tripped
Reset tripped thermal cut-out inside
panel (press the reset button on E/1/6)
Water supply to panel present but no flow
from mixer
1) Water cock closed or broken
1) Open cock or replace
2) Reducer pressure gauge on 0
2) Act on reducer until required pressure is
restored
(2-3 bar with cock closed)
Mortar flowing out of mixer excessively
liquid with optimum settings
Material descent from silo not constant
a) Check the working of the vibrator
b) Check the level of material in the silo
Mortar flowing out of mixer excessively
thick with optimum settings
Water supply to mixer not constant
a) Check the working of the solenoid valve
b) Check pressure to make sure it is higher
than 0.8 bar with regulator cock open
