Optional features
5.7.1
Remote Lockouts
An input socket is provided in the WDC400 for each room or cell, to connect external
remote switches that lockout all water controls in the room or cell. The switches can be
positioned at a control desk or other area. The switch must be a latching type switch such as
a key operated or toggle/rocker switch. The switches and leads are available from Wallgate.
In their default configuration, the leads are fitted with a plug for connecting to auxiliary
sockets SKT19 and 27.
5.7.2
Ethernet Communications
Two RJ45 connectors are for provided, to manage the WDC400 through a standalone local
area network (LAN) system. The network connection offers the following features:
Individual cell/room isolation for water and electrical power.
Remote, individual and group operation and settings, including RTC settings.
Real time status information from cell/room controls.
