7.3. Commissioning for use
To commission the Wallgate PSH-30:
1. Ensure the Control Module cover panels are securely fitted, and the
electrical plug is securely connected to the socket.
2. Inspect all connections on the bottom of the Control Module to make sure
the soap, water, air, and sensor connections are secure and seated
correctly.
3. Fully open the mains water supply isolating tap. Check the incoming water
connections for leaks.
4. Switch ON the power to the Control Module, this will power-up the Wallgate
PSH-30 ready for use.
5. Upon initial power-up, the Wallgate PSH-30 automatically runs through a
15-second water calibration cycle. This is repeated every time the mains
power supply is interrupted. This will also activate the clock on the LCD
control panel.
6. Ensure no leaks have occurred around the connections between the
Control Module and the tap head.
Note: A range of compatible liquid soaps & specifications are available from
Wallgate. The unit is supplied with Walcare 209 soap for use in secure
environments.
7. To install the soap container, place the soap container onto its mounting
hook, ensure the soap bottle is level and stable.
