Tolerance values can be exceeded by EMC interference!
The tolerance values for the analog inputs specified in the technical data can be
exceeded by EMC interference. To reduce measurement value deviations, adjust
the settings in the “Smoothing” parameter. Using four or more values for the
smoothing is recommended.
Observe permitted combinations for channel pairing!
For two-channel applications, the analog inputs AI1 and AI2 or AI3 and AI4 must
each be used together as a channel pair.
To achieve SIL3 or Cat. 4 PLe, the safety-related accuracy must be
specified!
To achieve a risk reduction of SIL3 or Cat.4 PLe, the maximum permissible
deviations for the two channels must be defined separately. Monitoring can be
done either in the application on the safe controller or in the F I/O module by
parameterizing the two-channel use with corresponding relative or absolute
tolerances.
Input current must not exceed 25 mA!
If the input current exceeds 25 mA, the current path is disconnected by the F I/O
module!
