Turn the cover lock (

) to the "unlocked " position and carefully re-
move the filter cover (

).
Two sealing rings (

) are located between the filter cover (

) and
the hood (

).
Loosen the screws (

) and take off the hood (

).
Clean the sealing rings (

) using a small brush and check for signs of
damage.
Take the prefilter (
17
) out of the filter cover.
Pull the air cleaner cartridge (
18
) out of the hood.
Take the internal filter (
16
) off the suction head.
Note:
Protect the carburetor to prevent dirt from falling into it!
Put the multifunction switch in the "Choke" position or cover the carbu-
retor with a clean cloth.
