ISSUE TYPES
The QS1 is one component of a complex privacy/security system
with a limited number of use cases and a discrete number of
solutions, making it easy for IT Managers to support:
•
Call set-up doesn’t complete correctly
•
Disconnect doesn’t occur correctly
•
Calls get dropped
•
Call quality is compromised (noise, delay, echo, etc.)
•
Encryption validation (VAC) fails
In some situations, the solution will be to reset/reboot the Vysk
Voice App and/or the QS1 itself. To reset the Vysk Voice App, log out
and close the app (by swiping it away on the iPhone). To reboot the
QS1, follow the detailed instructions on preceding pages.
