1. You are now ready for your first swim.
2. With a pool close by the Lap Trainer will be your go to
App.
― Use the configuration app to set your pool distance
and unit standard from the settings page.
― Ex: Unit Standard = Yards.
― Ex: Length of pool = 25.
3. On your first swim, just take it easy and keep it simple.
Record your session to review when you complete the
swim.
4. If it’s the Open Water App you want. That too will do the
job.
5. Just remember to be aware and get acclimated.
