Use the following steps to retrieve a playlist template to build your own playlist:

•  Open the Smart Swim Pairing App.
•  Select the “Download” button.
•  Select the “Stream Workouts” option.
•  Select the “PLAY-MPSwims Gold.txt” playlist session.
•  This will download and open a playlist in your text editor.
•  Save this playlist as your personal playlist session file in the “Download” folder 

of your phone.

•  Add your own playlists to this new playlist session file.
•  Save your changes.
•  Exit the editor, this will reopen the Smart Swim pairing app.
•  Press the Upload button.
•  Select the Stream Playlist option.
•  Select your personal playlist from the listed playlist session files.

*You can now load this playlist from the youtube streamer app.
