Nothing is displayed on the
touch screen. Monitor is
switched off. Briefly push the first button
from the bottom right side of
the touch screen.
Nothing is displayed on the
touch screen, or display qual-
ity is poor. Loose cable Make sure all cables are
firmly connected to the touch
screen and to the ports on
the simulator PC under the
operating table.
No sound. Loose cable Make sure all cables are
firmly connected to the touch
screen and to the ports on
the simulator PC under the
operating table.
No sound, or sound is too
low. Volume level is
incorrectly set. Briefly press the

button
on the bottom right side of
the touch screen. The audio
menu is displayed. There, you
can adjust the volume.
The system does not respond
to typing on the touch screen. Loose cable Make sure all cables are
firmly connected to the touch
screen and to the ports on
the simulator PC under the
operating table.
Instruments do not function
properly. Faulty
connection Make sure the instruments
are connected to the correct
ports: instrument with red tip:
red port, instrument with yel-
low tip: yellow port.
A silicone plug has fallen out
of the mechanical eye. — Contact technical service. Do
not try to put the plug back
into place yourself.
A silicon plug has fallen into
the mechanical eye. — Contact technical service. Do
not try to retrieve the plug
yourself.
A silicon plug has become
slightly pressed into the me-
chanical eye. — Using a pair of tweezers,
carefully try to move the plug
back into position. Otherwise
contact technical service.
