before, during and after using the machine.
N.B.: Votex is never responsible for follow-up damage.
5.2 Warranty
Votex guarantees reparations and/or replacement of unsuitable parts during a period
of
12 months after delivery.
The final conclusion whether parts are unsuitable is reserved to Votex. Unsuitable is
not: getting defect of parts by not following the indications in this guidebook.
As for bought components, that are part of the machine, Votex will appeal to the
guarantee stipulations of the concerning supplier.
Costs of dispatch and wages for replacement of parts, do not come under the
guarantee unless Votex has agreed explicitly with this before the reparation.
Guarantee never covers costs resulting from the not right functioning of the machine.
