Inflation (Fig. A, E)
WARNING: Risk of Bursting. Excessive air
pressure may cause a hazardous risk of
bursting or personal injury. Check the
manufacturer’s maximum pressure rating
for items being inflated.
Follow the steps as described in the relevant
chapter above, depending if an adapter is required
or not.
Inflation with user defined target pressure
1. Press the reduce target pressure button (31) or
increase target pressure button (30) as many
times as needed until the required value is set
on the display (27).
2. After the required value is set, the display (27)
will return the current pressure value.
3. Press the start/stop button (32) to start the
inflation process. The pressure shown on the
display will now increase to the set pressure.
4. The inflation process will stop automatically as
soon as the set target pressure is reached. It is
always possible to manually stop the inflation
process by pressing the start/stop button (32).
Inflation with Car/SUV preset target pressure
The device is fitted with two preset target pressure
options: Car-2.40 bar and SUV-2.80 bar. Please
note that these are only indicative values.
Actual tire pressure varies from vehicle to vehicle.
We therefore strongly recommend that you consult
your vehicle manual to find out the recommended
tire pressure.
1. Press either the car preset button (25) or the
SUB preset button (26). The preset pressure will
be shown on the display (27).
2. After the required value is set, the display (27)
will return the current pressure value.
3. Press the start/stop button (32) to start the
inflation process. The pressure shown on the
display will now increase to the set pressure.
4. The inflation process will stop automatically as
soon as the set target pressure is reached. It is
always possible to manually stop the inflation
process by pressing the start/stop button (32).
LED indication ring
The LED indication ring (24) offers a quick way to
roughly indicate the pressure status:
• Yellow: Pressure is suitable for SUV.
• Green: Pressure is suitable for CAR.
• Orange: Pressure is too low.
• Red: Pressure is too high.
Removing the connection valve
• Connecting without valve adapter: Open the
clamping lever (23) of the connection valve (14)
and remove from the valve of the inflatable.
• Connecting with valve adapter: Remove the valve
adapter (5-10) from the valve of the inflatable.
Open the clamping lever (23) of the connection
valve (14) and remove the valve adapter (5-10).
Note:
Air may escape from the valve of the inflata-
ble when removing the connection valve (14).
Be sure not to remove the connection valve (14)
too quickly. It may be necessary to add extra pres-
sure to the required pressure, to compensate for
the escaped air.
4. MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the 12V plug from the
cigarette lighter socket before carrying out
any maintenance work.
Clean the machine casings regularly with a soft
cloth, preferably after each use. Make sure that the
ventilation openings are free of dust and dirt.
Remove very persistent dirt using a soft cloth mois-
tened with soapsuds. Do not use any solvents such
as gasoline, alcohol, ammonia, etc. Chemicals such
as these will damage the synthetic components.
ENVIRONMENT
Faulty and/or discarded electrical or
electronic apparatus have to be collected at
the appropriate recycling locations.
Only for EC countries
Do not dispose of power tools into domestic waste.
According to the European Guideline 2012/19/EC
for Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its
implementation into national right, power tools that
are no longer usable must be collected separately
and disposed of in an environmentally friendly way.
