Built-in Voice Mail with Auto Attendant

‘s Call Processor includes basic voice mail. The messages and prompts are stored in
flash memory inside the Call Processor. Mailboxes are activated by the system programmer. One
mailbox is available for each station on the system.
In addition, the system includes built-in auto-attendant features, as well as a Customer Call
Routing menu. The CCR function routes incoming calls based on DTMF input from the caller.

In the example above, Routing Table Index 1 is programmed to offer the caller the following
options based on the digit pressed:

Sales –ACD group 621 in this case
2.
Service –ACD group 622
3.
Connect to third-party warranty servicing center via external number in system speed
dial bin
4.
Hear directions to the company’s location via announcement #5
