Route the hose along the transmission bell housing (Figure 61).

The hose will gradually bend 90° to connect to the fitting on the front of the
AOST.
☐
Apply the split loom to the PTFE tubes.
☐
Route the PTFE tubes along the main discharge hose and connect them to the
AOST.
☐
Secure the PTFE tubes to the main discharge hose as necessary with cable ties.
☐
Connect the 90° fitting on the longest 1/2 in hose to the driver side fitting of
the cooler and route it along the frame to the AOST (Figure 62).

Secure the hose to the suspension bump stop using the supplied cable ties.
☐
Connect the 90° fitting on the shorter 1/2 in hose to the passenger side of the
cooler and run it up to the oil return fitting on the compressor (Figure 62).

Adjust the hoses and/or the AOST to minimize sharp bends, contact with any
hot, sharp or moving parts, then tighten all fittings and the tank mounts and
straps.

Bundle the hoses together and secure with cable ties.
☐
Move the steering between the left and right lock positions to confirm
adequate clearance.
