BASIC FUNCTIONS
Shifting a Case
To shift the case of the next characters that you type, press the number key one or more times.
There are two shift states :
Lower Case is indicated by abc in the display, and Capitals Lock is indicated by ABC.
Scrolling
• To view your message without moving the cursor, press the volume keys on the left side of the phone.
• To move the cursor left or right through your text message, press the
key.
Clearing Strokes and Characters
Press the
CLR key one or more times to
remove characters from the Text Area.
