8.16 Open the Network Stream

This request requires Viewer access privileges.
Syntax:
For HTTP push server (MJPEG):

For RTSP (MP4), the user needs to input theURL below into an RTSP compatible player.

“m” is the stream number.

Wait time in milliseconds before read data.

The data length in bytes to read. The read data will be in the return
