Clean the interior of the grill
• Remove larger residues from the grilling area after each grilling, otherwise they
increase the risk of fire.
• You can use a grill brush to carefully remove coarse dirt from the inside of the grill
and "sweep" it into the fat pan.
• The reflector plates under the burners are only plugged in and can be removed for
cleaning (dishwasher-safe).
• The grill must not be cleaned with high pressure cleaner.
• We recommend that you refrain from using aggressive cleaning agents such as
oven or grill spray, as this puts a strain on the material and may be transferred to
the food. Even if the grill turns black inside over time, it can be sterile as regular
high temperatures kill bacteria/germs.
Clean the top and exterior of the grill
• Never use aggressive/abrasive cleaning agents to clean the stainless-steel outer
surfaces of the grill, but always use a mild stainless steel cleaner.
• Alternatively, you can also carry out a mild, warm water cleaning here.
• If possible, clean the grill in the direction of the grinding of the stainless steel.
• The grill body is made of 1.4301 | AISI 304 stainless steel. In coastal regions, the
salty air can cause spots on the grill that appear rust-like. These should be
removed every few weeks with tap water and a stainless-steel cleaner.
After cleaning
• Please check the function of the connection after each cleaning of the grill.
• If you discover small cracks or melting points, you must not use the gas grill again
and the hoses should be replaced in any case.
• Also think about repeating the gas tightness test.
