Vegan Cup Cakes
Ingredients

275g self-raising flour
•
1tsp. baking powder
•
225g caster sugar
•
200ml sunflower oil
•
200ml soya milk
•
1tsp vanilla extract
•
Cake cases
Method
1. Mix the flour, baking powder and sugar in a large bowl.
2. Make a well in the centre and add the sunflower oil, soya milk and vanilla. Use a
large metal whisk to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
3. Spoon the batter into the cake cases up to half full (if you do not have a baking tray
which fits inside the air fryer, use two cake cases per cake).
4. Insert the cupcakes into the middle/bottom of the air fryer.
5.
Start the “Baking” programme.
6. Before the cooking time elapses, check whether the cupcakes are thoroughly
cooked and take them out before the end of the cooking time if necessary.
Banana Chips

Method
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into slices 2-3mm thick. The thinner they are, the
faster they will dry.
2. Spread the banana slices on the baking racks.
3. Insert the baking rack into the middle of the air fryer.
4.
Start the “Drying” programme.
5. Check whether the banana slices are dry. They will feel slightly leathery when they
are done. Otherwise start the programme again or increase the cooking time.
