ENGLISH
– Clean the unit completely after every
usage (see chapter „CLEANING AND
CARE”).
TIPS
– Use only fresh fruits and vegetables, as
they contain more juice.
– You can use different vegetables for juice
extraction - such as carrots, cucumbers,
beets, celery stems, spinach, tomatoes
or fruits - such as apples, grapes, pine-
apples.
– It is recommended to wash berries right
before juicing, as they lose freshness
quickly.
– It is not necessary to remove thin peel from
fruits or vegetables, remove thick peel
only, for example, from pineapples, beet,
bananas and citrus plants.
– When extracting apple juice remember that
its richness depends on the apple sort.
– Choose the apple sort, from which you can
make juice according to your taste.
– Remove the stones from the fruit, as they
can damage the unit.
– For better taste and diet purposes you can
extract juice from lettuce, spinach, fresh
herbs and soy (it is necessary to prelimi-
nary steep soy beans in water for 10 hours
before extracting juice).
– The juicer construction enables to keep
maximal amount of nutrients in the extract-
ed juice, that’s why the juice is cloudy as it
contains the pulp.
– Drink the juice right after you made it. The
juice loses its taste and nutrition value dur-
ing long air storage.
– We recommend to wash down the freshly-
made vegetable juice because its concen-
tration is very high.
– Apple juice gets dark quickly, but adding
a few drops of lemon juice slows down the
process of juice darkening.
– If you keep juice in the refrigerator, pour
it into a clean covered bowl to prevent
absorbing smell of other foods stored in
the refrigerator. It is not recommended to
keep juice in a metal container, as the juice
can acquire corresponding flavor.
– Juice extractor is not intended for pro-
cessing of extra hard of extra fibrous fruits
or vegetables, such as coconuts or quince.
CLEANING AND CARE
Always switch the unit off and unplug it after
operation or before cleaning.
Clean the unit after the processing of 1 kg
hard and high-fiber fruits and vegetables (cit-
rus plants, pineapples etc.). When processing
some types of hard and fibrous products the
unit may require more frequent cleaning.
Disassemble and clean the juice extractor
after every usage:
•
Remove the pusher (11).
•
Remove the tray (10).
•
Turn the lid (8) counterclockwise (OPEN)
and remove it.
•
Turn the processing bowl (4) counterclock-
wise and remove it from the motor unit (2).
•
With a slight effort remove the screw (7)
upwards.
•
Remove the mesh filter (6).
•
Remove the separator (5) from the mesh
filter (6).
•
Remove the pulp container (1) taking it by
the right side of the container and pulling it
towards you.
– It is recommended to wash all removable
parts in warm water with neutral detergent
right after the unit operation.
– It is more convenient to wash the mesh fil-
ter (6) openings from the outside using the
brush (14).
– Do not wash the mesh filter (6) and other
removable parts in the dishwasher.
– Clean the motor unit (2) with a slightly
damp cloth, and then wipe it dry. Do not
immerse the motor unit in water or any
other liquids; do not wash it under water
jet.
– Do not use coarse sponges, abrasives and
solvents to clean the unit.
