WSS (AFD) Mode
:
Available modes:

WSS (Wide Screen Signaling) Waveform: provide aspect ratio data in PAL/NTSC

AFD Ancillary packet: Provide aspect ratio data in HD

WSS+AFD: Player automatically selects which mode should be used. WSS for SD, AFD
for HD.
WF TC First Line insertion
: Specify the first line of waveform time code. (Default 14)
WF TC Second Line insertion
: Specify the second line of waveform time code.
(Default 16)
WF Closed Caption Line insertion
: Specify the line of EIA608 waveform closed
captioning. (Default 21)
Anc.Pack VITC Line insertion
: Specify the line of ATC VITC. (Default 9)
Anc.Pack LTC Line insertion
: Specify the line of LTC VITC. (Default 10)
Anc. Pack Closed Caption Line insertion:
Specify the line of EIA608 Ancillary F1.
The F2 line sets automatically regarding the output resolution. (Default 11)
EIA 708 Packet Line insertion
: Set line which is used to transfer time code (if Time Code
mode was set to EIA708 or SMPTE12). (Default 12)
Anc.Pack AFD Line insertion
: Specify the line of AFD ancillary packet. (Default 13)
Enable RDD11 rendering:
Activate RDD11 data rendering form an entry file. NOTE:
Lines, which transmits RDD11 data, is specified in a decoded file. If the lines, which are used
to transmit RDD11 information, are the same as caption’s line and/or time code’s lines, the
CC data in those lines will be crossed out by RDD11 data.
Time Dropframe Enable:
According to SMPTE12 activate drop frame calculation for
NTSC fps. Set “ON” to get the dropped time code for VITC and LTC. This option works
only when “Put Internal Time code” is turned on.
Put Internal Timecode:
Set “ON” if a file doesn’t contain time code, like AVC files, or time
code should be recalculated.
Example:
Need to recalculate NTSC file with non-dropped and jumped time code to reach
drop frame time code:
Set Put Internal Time code – the board recalculate time code.
Set Time Drop frame Enable – the board makes dropped frame time code.
