1. Tap on the scales with your foot or hand to switch
them on. The profile number flashes. Use the
and
buttons to select your desired profile
(P0 to P9). Press the ENTER button to confirm your
choice and to move on to the next parameter.

The symbol for "female" will flash. If necessary, use
the
or
button to switch to the symbol for
"male". Confirm your choice by tapping the ENTER
button.
3. You can now enter your age. Use the
and
buttons to set your age (from 10 to 99 years) and
confirm your choice by tapping the ENTER button.

Finally, the value for your height will flash. Use the
and
buttons to set your height (from 100 to
250 cm or from 3' 3" to 8' 2") and confirm your
choice by tapping the ENTER button.
You can exit the programming mode by pressing the
EnTER
button. As soon as "0.0" ap-
pears on the display, you can weigh yourself (see the "Calculate Values" section).
If you want to enter the parameters for another person, press the
EnTER
button again.
The profile number starts to flash. Use the
or
button to select a new profile and
repeat steps 2–4.

explicitly advised against using the results as the basis for any form of medical treatment or
diet! You must consult your doctor if you have any questions about your weight, a medical
treatment or a diet.

Place the scales on a dry, even, and firm base (avoid carpets). Uneven floors will result in
inaccurate measurement results.

Tap on the scales with your foot or hand to switch them on. The profile of the last user is
displayed and the profile number flashes. Use the
and
buttons to select your profile.
3. Wait until "0.0" is shown on the display.
Before you stand on the scales, you can choose whether the weight should be
displayed in kilograms (kg) or pounds (lb). Press the small button within the bat-
tery compartment to set the unit.
