The mpgLoadNext function will set the specified channel to start
another file immediately when the current one reaches the end.

CardNum
0 based index of the card in the system.
ChanNum
0 based index of the channel on the card.
FileName
The full DOS path to the MPEG file.

Remarks
This function allows for a seamless transition when one MPEG
ends and another one begins. A good time to call it is right when
one file begins to play. The driver will send a
MPG_FILE_READ_START message back to the application,
which would be a good time to call mpgLoadNext.
