2. GLUING WITH THE
TOP ROLLER (Model EM125T only)
With the metering plate A (Fig. 1), glue is smoothly
distributed all along the top roller. The base affords a
high stability, removing the overturning danger.
3. GLUING WITH THE RUBBER ROLLER
Glue feeding to the gluing roller can be interrupted
at any time, operating latch B, (Fig. 2) where by the
performance in Kg. of glue per m
2
to be used can
be increased.
Releasing the latch, the rubber roller will press on
the feeding roller and the glue delivery would again
be opened.
4. OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
25.04.279 RUBBER ROLLER - for white glues and
water-soluble emulsions. Amount of glue to be
applied: MEDIUM. (Included with the standard
equipment)
25.04.280 POLYURETHANE ROLLER - for synthetic
resin glues, white glues, and water-soluble
emulsions. Amount of glue to be applied: LITTLE.
5. RECOMMENDATIONS
Clean the feeder vessel and rollers with water if the
gluing machine is to be out of use for some time.
To prevent the rubber roller losing excessive shape,
do not leave it in water permanently.
We recommend that the rubber roller be left to dry
before re-use.
Never clean the rollers with solvents.
6. GUARANTEE
All VIRUTEX products have 12 month guarantee
valid from the date of supply. All damages caused
by bad handling or natural wear of the machine
are excluded.

sales service.

Moyennant la tôle de dosage A (Fig. 1), la colle s'étend
uniformément au long du rouleau supérieur. La con-
formation de sa base lui confère une grande estabilité
d'où élimination du danger de renversement.
3. ENCOLLAGE MOYENNANT
LE ROULEAU EN MOUSSE
L'alimentation en colle du rouleau d'encollage peut
être interrompue n'importe à quel moment en action-
nant la détente B, (Fig. 2), ce qui permet d'augmenter
le rendement du Kg. de colle par m
2
à employer. En
lâchant la détente en quetion, le rouleau en mousse
exercera une pression sur le rouleau d'alimentation et
le passage de la colle sera de nouveau ouvert.
