Guarantees
Warranty period
In accordance with our general conditions of sale, the warranty period for your tool is two years under
normal usage conditions. Proof of purchase will be requested (invoice or delivery note).
The warranty covers:
This warranty covers all material or manufacturing faults for your VIRAX tool. In this case, the tool will
be returned to you without cost. Your tool will be repaired or replaced identically.
The warranty does not cover:
Faults due to incorrect use, abuse, overloading, failure to respect usage instructions, intervention on
the machine by a person not approved by an approved After Sales Service repair centre or normal
wear are not covered by this warranty.
VIRAX does not accept responsibility for damage incurred by accessories or caused to objects or
people close to the machine. The product must not have been disassembled.
Specifics of this warranty
This warranty is the only warranty valid on your VIRAX product. No employee, agent, merchant or
other person is authorised to modify this warranty or to provide other warranties on behalf of VIRAX.

Waste disposal
The heat-conducting paste is skin-friendly and environment-friendly. It can be disposed of with normal
waste. Cloth that has been soiled with heat-conducting paste can be safely disposed of with normal
household waste.
When disposing of the Siberia®, ensure that the cooling agent R290 is removed by a specialized
company.
