12.20 nat
12.20.1Syntax
ip nat add|delete <i/f name>
12.20.2Description
This command adds or removes NAT functionality from the named
interface. The interface name is the name as listed by the
ip device
command. NAT should always be enabled only on the interface
connecting to the public network, not the interface connecting to the
private network.
12.20.3Example
prompt> ip nat add ether
nat: Interface “ether” added
nat: Interface “ether” now enabled
nat: Interface “ether” IP address is 192.168.200.90
prompt>ip nat delete ether
nat: Interface “ether” deleted by IP
